The exterior of the house is being remodeled. The siding work will be done early in October and the painting will be completed near the end of October. There will be a garage door replacement scheduled for sometime in October, and possibly a small remodel on the downstairs bathroom. The property will be usable during this work but we are offering a 50% discount for October for the small inconvenience this work may cause.

Great View, Central Location, and Reliable Landlord
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here during our two month work contract in Santa Barbara. The view is absolutely incredible, and the property is located in a very nice, centrally convenient neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. The WiFi is fast and reliable. Stephen is a highly communicative and dependable landlord; when the washer broke during our stay, he replaced the unit immediately. This is the best value you will find for a rental in this neighborhood.
