Wonderful stay
Chris is a wonderful host. He is very kind, considerate, and respectful. He also helped us carry our stuff to the car. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. All shared spaces were well kept and clean. He was very relaxed about us using the appliances as long as well respected. The location is also perfect! I was commuting to Chula Vista daily and every town is about 20 mins away.

Clean and peaceful
I stayed with Chris on a travel assignment in San Diego. The location is central to everything. Work was 10 min away. Beach 15 min. The pool and hot tub were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The living room has a huge cozy couch with a gigantic TV. Chris was very accommodating. He even helped bring my things inside. Very quiet and respectful and laid-back.
