Cute updated 1BR Apartment - Close to hospitals, nightlife, and public transit

Nice, simple stay walkable to Tower Grove Park

Great spot for me for Aug. Safety: parking was easy to find on Humphrey, felt pretty safe at all hours (worked nights, days, & 24hr wknd shifts) Noise: amazingly quiet for being on a busy street near a pub Walkability: close to food and bev on Morgan Ford Rd & 10min walk to Tower Grove park Space: big, your own washer & dryer in the basement, comfy bed, couch, and chairs + a desk. No functional chairs in the backyard, but there is a table. The TV I never figured out (but I also didn't care enough to ask Michael). Light: The rooms are dark, which was fine for me on nights. I had extra lamps. Bathroom: Shower pressure is good + bathtub. Kitchen: big, serviceable pots & pans (I did not use) Note: As described in the listing, you do walk through the bedroom to get to all other rooms Landlord: responsive w/ some issues I had w/ key. Provided disposable products. Overall, I would stay again and I would recommend the place.

Perfect home away from home

This apartment was very cozy and roomy. I felt very safe during my stay and Michael, along with all the neighbors, were very nice.
