The price you pay is well worth the value

I have been traveling for over six years and this is by far the best rental I have stayed in. It's affordable. There's a separate entrance. A covered and lighted walkway to a well maintained yard all of your own. The bed is comfortable. There is plenty of space for two adults, especially in the duel closets and newly remodeled double sink bathroom. You get a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and plenty of counter space for kitchenware. Bring a hotpot to cook in. That's all I needed during my 3 month stay and I rarely ate out. There is a large microwave to heat up leftovers. The refrigerator/freezer works well. If you are wanting your own kitchen be prepared to pay double the price. You also get access to their laundry room. What I liked most is the feeling of safety and privacy within the neighborhood and rental. It's a great area to take walks anytime of the day or night. The hosts are always welcoming and accommodating.

Perfect studio

My dog and I were warmly welcomed and felt right at home during our stay. The studio was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, with plenty of storage space which made settling in very easy. Paulina was a wonderful host and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is great and very pet friendly, which made it perfect for daily walks with my dog. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.
