The house is located close to Mid-City, in this little pocket of the Broadmoor neighborhood that no one seems to know about. The location is incredibly central, and close to several major thoroughfares, so it's really quick to get to any part of the city. I'm renting out the guest bedroom of my 3-bedroom, 2 bath house. The room has a dedicated bathroom connected by a hallway, which you would only have to share with the occasional visitor needing to 'use the potty.' The house was recently renovated, and has a living room in the front and a sunroom and screen porch in the back. I use the 3rd bedroom as my office. I have a fluffy indoor-only cat named Hazel.
Neighborhood overview
This neighborhood is a hidden gem! It's right in the middle of the city, but no one realizes it's there! The bus stop is a block away, and there's unlimited on-street parking available. I never have an issue with flooding during rainstorms the way some parts of the city do. The neighborhood is bordered by Washington Avenue, Earhart Boulevard, and South Broad Street, so it's quick and efficient to get to any part of the city.
