Great apt in great area

Stayed here for 3 months while on a job contract, the place was everything I needed. Close to restaurants and several bars, grocery stores as well as a park one block up the street great for dog walking. The place was nice, spacious and clean, just as the pictures described. Dan was a great landlord, easy to get in touch with as well as flexible and willing to work with you when things come up. Had a drainage issue and he got it fixed ASAP and offered a discount on rent for the month for the inconvenience, which he didn't have to do, but it was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfy home away from home while on assignment.

Great stay!

I had a nice stay. The apartment has everything you need. It is close to the medical district, so it's great for healthcare workers. If you have any issue the landlord is attentive and quick to help. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay in this unit. The landlord was very helpful and nice. He also responded very quickly if you needed anything! I liked how spacious it was, and such a cute neighborhood!
