We are out in the country on the lake with lots of peace and quiet. The exterior of the building is unfinished but the interior is really nice. Ground floor no steps to deal with. Covered parking within steps to the front door. The trip to town is a bit longer due to a damaged overpass that is supposed to be finished by January

Rental property is in the a country setting (2acre parcel). Its a ground level unit. That was originally built for my elderly parents. My dad has passed away and mom had to move to assisted living. The exterior is still unfinished but interior is really nice.
