It is a duplex but the wall are thick and the connected outside spaces are very private. The front yard is maintained by the HOA, a mower is available for the back. Neighborhood overview
Only one mile from the light rail, 12 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. A one minute walk to a park with a playground and nice walking path. In a pretty quiet neighborhood with good backyard privacy. There is a good mix of fast food to fancy, chains to family owned restaurants. The Denver West Mall + other shops are just one exit away and has pretty much everything you could need.

The perfect short-term rental
My husband, daughter, and pups rented this home for 3 months while our house was being built. The location is absolutely perfect - tons of restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby, and super quick and easy access to 6th, I-70, and C 470 - it can't be beat! We had everything we needed - garage parking, plenty of space, home offices for both my husband and me, comfortable sofa and beds, even a dog-door to a fabulous huge backyard with a 6' fence. Kelsey was so responsive and a pleasure to work with, and even the neighbors were friendly! I absolutely recommend this place - you won't regret renting this property!
