Spacious 1br in NE Mpls near river, parks and downtown. .

Amazing

Genuinely couldn't have asked for anything better. From the location, to the landlords, to the price, to the apartment itself. It was perfect. I stayed in this unit during a travel assignment at a local healthcare facility. Prior to coming here the place I was staying was a nightmare. I'm so grateful for Trina and Rich for the way they handle every aspect of renting. The apartment is walking distance to downtown and several parks. It's close to the highway and not far from the airport. It was nice, clean and comfortable. Look no further, I promise you won't be disappointed if you decide to rent here!!!!

Peaceful space in great location!

I stayed here in the middle of a life transition, and it was exactly what I needed. A convenient location with great sunset views! The quiet and functional spaces of the unit made it much easier to focus on the things I needed to. The hosts were welcoming, compassionate and responsive! 10/10! Thank you incredibly, I am eternally grateful!

A great place to stay!

The hosts were great! They were always very responsive if I had a question or needed anything. The place was cozy and comfortable and Im hoping to come back at some point in the future. I especially enjoyed the location as parks and bike paths are located a short walk away. Downtown Minneapolis is also easily accessible.
