Quiet neighborhood and beautiful cottage

Kathy is really kind and accommodating. She mostly spends her time tending to her garden that surrounds the property. The cottage is small but has everything you need, a kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C unit, and off street parking. The area is fairly quiet and is walking distance from the short stop market which was always very convenient. I’ll definitely miss this place and having Kathy as my landlord. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t have much stuff and doesn’t mind living in a small space.
