As a professional artist, I immediately felt at home at the Creative Haven Artists’ Cottage. The peaceful setting at Lake Junaluska, with its lake and mountain views, made it easy to slow down and focus on creating. I loved spending quiet mornings on the front porch and time in the private garden, both perfect for creativity and reflection. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully designed. With scenic walks, nearby galleries, and nature just minutes away, it’s an inspiring place to recharge and create.

Amazing property

The cottage was an incredible place to stay. My roommate and I rented it for 3 months and absolutely loved it. George and Wanda were so welcoming and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is also amazing as it is so close to the lake. I highly recommend this place.

As a travel nurse traveling with 2 dogs, this was the perfect place to be. The scenery is stunning and the hosts were absolutely amazing during the entire stay! They went above and beyond no matter what was needed! The home is stocked with all of your needs along with a beautiful lake view right outside your door!!
