The yurt has its own private driveway separate from mine which can accommodate parking for 2 vehicles. There are beautiful forest surroundings, and just a peaceful area to be in the summer. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Its a nice escape from downtown Fairbanks!

This is a dry cabin-yurt! There is no shower in the unit, and there is an outdoor outhouse for using the restroom. There is a 55-gal water holding tank and pressurized warm and cold water supply to the kitchen sink.
