Spacious and private suite in Benicia
This home is spacious, clean and comfortable. It's in a good neighborhood that is pleasant to walk in, with a park nearby. Evan is a good landlord. Benicia is a nice city to live in and explore. I enjoyed my time in this home.

Quiet home with friendly landlord
I lived here for a couple years when I first moved back to the Bay Area. Evan is a good guy and the spot is peaceful. The kitchen has been remodeled and is a nice bright area to cook in.

Serene and Clean
Evan's house is neat and located in a serene and safe environment in Benicia. I enjoyed my stay for four years 2017-2021 (date count here goes back to 2023 only). I had to leave because of job relocation. Nice environment. Pretty good neighbors. Evan is a nice dude and quite receptive. He makes you feel at home with no hassle or conflict. I strongly recommend as my review is that of a previous happy tenant.
