Lovely ADU in Tacoma
The ADU rental in Tacoma is beautifully remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and good amenities like Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer/dryer. The landlord is responsive and helpful, amd has a team to manage inquiries sometimes. The bathroom has heated floors but no direct heater, so it can get cold in winter. Minor issues included a broken microwave/air fryer/oven for several weeks and a stovetop that occasionally trips the circuit breaker. The unit is quiet, well-equipped with blackout curtains, and fairly priced at $2,300 per month. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would rent there again.
