A Peaceful Place to Land

This ADU is such a thoughtfully handcrafted space, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It's peaceful, quiet, and feels very secure, especially with the covered garage parking. The lighting throughout the home is also incredible and adds so much to the overall atmosphere. The owner is exceptionally friendly and continually finds thoughtful ways to improve the space and make it feel even more comfortable. I had a particularly demanding work contract, and coming home here made it easy to completely switch off and forget about the day. Any questions or issues we had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully. I would absolutely recommend this hidden gem to anyone working within about 15 miles.

Lovely ADU in Tacoma

The ADU rental in Tacoma is beautifully remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and good amenities like Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer/dryer. The landlord is responsive and helpful, amd has a team to manage inquiries sometimes. The bathroom has heated floors but no direct heater, so it can get cold in winter. Minor issues included a broken microwave/air fryer/oven for several weeks and a stovetop that occasionally trips the circuit breaker. The unit is quiet, well-equipped with blackout curtains, and fairly priced at $2,300 per month. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would rent there again.
