This condo is located in Montavilla, and a close walk, bike, or drive to providece Portland. This unit enjoys easy access to Highway 84, the gateway to Mt. Hood and the Gorge. Montavilla enjoys affordable and plentiful food options. Fred Meyer, a large grocery store, is also a short walk from the unit.
Perfect Apartment
I stayed here for several months and loved living here. The apartment had everything I needed and the location was super convenient. I walked to Fred Meyer all the time and there are a bunch of cute restaurants on Glisan also nearby. Brett was a great host, responding promptly to anything I needed. The apartment has a lockpad, which was great for me since I tend to lose keys and the complex itself even had grass for my dog to go to the bathroom. Neighbors were quiet and I felt very safe in the building. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Portland!
