The apartment is on the first floor of my home. separate, private entrance. we will probably run into each other on the porch! sitting area set up on the porch in front of your apartment. you do NOT have access to my back yard. we have dogs, you'll probably hear them in the yard, you will never come into contact with them. we also have neighborhood cats who like to hang out on the porch. very friendly!

Huge living room. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Shower stall (no tub). Washer & dryer in apt. 2 bedrooms with queen beds. First bedroom is walk through. Must walk through first bedroom to get to back bedroom. A third "bedroom area" is set up in the dining area. (Its a very large room). Twin day bed. You will not have a lot of privacy here - there is no door separating it as a separate room

Our home is located in a historic residential neighborhood, Port Norfolk, in Portsmouth Virginia. Kid friendly, dog friendly, and we are just a few houses down from the water, which makes for really nice walks and bike rides!

Absolutely Lovely
The apartment is so charming, located on the 3rd floor of a historical home, and has all the essentials a traveler could ask for. The space is very clean, quiet, and restful. The beds are very comfy and the place is tastefully decorated. After having a bad experience at an extended stay in the area, I am so thankful I found this place where I felt safe and clean. The owners are wonderful people who accommodated my every need. THANK YOU again J and R!!! I would definitely stay here again and hope to some day. I was sad the day I left, felt like leaving "home".
