This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores and bus stops. No partying and no marijuana and or vaping/smoking may be used in my home please. No overnight guests. I will be living in the home at times when not traveling. My adult son, a college graduate and working professional will also be living in the home. He has a cat.

Bedroom has a comfortable queen or twin bed (depending on which you prefer) desk, chair, ceiling fan and closet. Guests may use the laundry, living room, kitchen, dining room, cedar wood sauna, patios, and community pool and jacuzzi. Neighborhood overview
I live in a quiet neighborhood in central Orange County near the 5 and 55 Freeways. There are six hospitals within three miles including Orange County Global Medical Center which is 1/2 mile walk. Also nearby are many coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, all walking distance. Disneyland is 7 miles away and Newport Beach is 12 miles away.

Wonderful Stay & Lovely Host
I had such a wonderful experience staying here. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. Leane was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating, which made the entire experience even more special. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone!
