Furnished Single Room, private bath, Utilities included, Close to Airport

There is an outdoor patio where smoking is allowed. We do not so must be cleaned up. There is a grill as well. We have a housekeeper once a month. Landscaping twice.
There are rarely houseguests, except maybe during football games.
