Quiet, garden like setting on a private road. Just up the hill from Honokohau Harbor, Beaches and Surf beaches. Only 10-15 minutes to shopping in Kona. I have my art studio here at the house and know a lot of fun outdoors locations on the island. I am a scuba diver and outdoor enthusiast.

Im renting out my guest bedroom and bathroom to traveling medical professionals. Shared spaces are the kitchen, living room and lanai. Very quiet neighborhood at a cool elevation. I have a toy poodle and hes very loving and hypoallergenic. If you dont like dogs this probably is not a good fit because he will want to be your friend. This price includes all utilities and wifi.
