Private Guest House in Great Location

Wonderful place - highly recommend!

My college-age son stayed here while in KC for a summer internship, and this place was perfect for him! The guest house (a converted 3-car garage) was super clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything he needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe, and parking was easy-right outside the front door. The AC worked well and kept the unit cool and comfortable throughout the hot summer months. There was plenty of storage, the washer/dryer combo was great, the unit was nicely furnished, and the adjustable bed was incredibly comfortable. Ana was lovely to work with-friendly, helpful, responsive, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better place or a better host. I would highly recommend staying here!
