Poor management

Avoid, rental management team does not respond properly. Residence had mailbox with usps that management didnt know about or have keys to, I still have prescription meds still locked inside awaiting a new lock. Residence was initially listed with washer and dryer, the residence does not have either. Gas went out during residence because of poor piping. Now currently no working AC and landlord is taking months to find an electrician. Avoid the headache go somewhere else

It's unfortunate that you would choose to be dishonest in your review. It is also unfortunate that I feel the need to respond to your dishonesty. But I will address your accusations: 1. Mailbox concern was addressed immediately (same day). The amount of time it took for USPS to resolve the issue on their end. (Government agency) was disappointing to all parties involved but was resolved prior to the posting of this review. 2. Residence was mistakenly listed with washer/dryer. This however was addressed PRIOR to your move in. You decided to move forward with the rental anyway and because I felt bad about the misrepresentation I moved a washer dryer into the unit. 3. The Gas did not go out because of poor piping. Upon inspection, a gas leak was detected and turned off by Amerigas for repair per the legal requirement and was immediately repaired. 4. You complained that the AC was not cold enough. On 2 separate occasions a technician was sent to address the issue and was turned away because it was "not a good time for you." At that point it was agreed that you would communicate with the technician yourself to figure out a good time for you. The technician was paid in advance to allow for this. Throughout your stay my property manager has been communicative and responsive in as immediate a fashion as was allowable on my behalf. I think it is important to remind you that it was offered to allow you to break the lease with no penalty if you were unhappy and yet.... to this day...YOU REMAIN. I don't think any further explanation is needed.
