Exceptional Stay for SixWeeks

Our stay at the Winchester was outstanding. The pictures and descriptions are exactly as advertised. The kitchen, bathroom and desk are wonderfully outfitted. The cooking utensils were all there and then some. The outside patio is magnificent. We spent many hours lounging, reading in the outdoor furniture. The grill is also excellent. The location is close to everything that Erie has to offer. Bill, the host, is perfect to deal with. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

Fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic stay here! I am a grad student in Erie for 5 weeks for a summer internship, and I would say this is the perfect place for a traveling student/professional. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and came with everything I needed, making it feel like home from day one. Bill, the property owner, was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed right away. He was always receptive, professional, easy to communicate with, and quick to help whenever I had a question. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Peaceful Stay

I enjoyed my stay in this home the neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe it's close to everything you need groceries stores restaurants Bill was a Great Host Anything you need he responds right away and is close by for whatever you need the house as everything you will need for you're stay you won't be disappointed I will come back here again highly recommend staying here

Loved our stay!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for nearly 3 months while on a contract at UPMC. We loved the house and the owner was great making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house it is in a quiet neighborhood next to plenty of stores and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Bill is a wonderful host! Very responsive and lives close by but respects privacy. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. There was an issue with the toilet and he had it resolved very quickly! House is fully stocked with anything you can think of in terms of cleaning supplies, dishes, odds and ends, etc. Bill is very knowledgable about the area which is very beneficial if you need anything. I would definitely stay again if I happen to be in the area again!
