Warm and lovely stay at Kathi’s

We loved our stay at Kathi’s in Ypsilanti. She’s a wonderful host, she helped my pregnant wife and I get to know the area and was a very kind and caring neighbor. It is my first time living in America so it was nice to have someone close by that can support in any way. The rooms are nice and cozy, the kitchen has all you need, the tv has all the entertainment you want already logged in for you. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Ypsi, especially at this price range you won’t find much else out there, best bang for your buck here. Thanks Kathi!

Amazing stay

I am truly grateful for the experience Ive had staying at Kathis home. I lived here during my clinical rotation at the University of Michigan and brought my four-year-old dog, Chase, with me. From day one, the transition was seamless. The home is beautifully furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, cookware, and all the necessities you could need. Kathi herself was incredibly welcoming and supportive. As a UM alum, she knows the area well and offered great recommendationsfrom restaurants and grocery stores to cider mills and local attractionswhich really helped me get settled and enjoy my time here. She is also a dog lover, and her kindness toward Chase meant a lot. She helped with walks and even looked after him during my longer clinical days, which was an immense relief and something I deeply appreciated. I couldnt have asked for a better housing experience. I highly recommend staying hereanyone who does will be in great hands and will have a wonderful experience.
