Such a cute place!
My partner and I had a great stay here in LA. Easy commutes to downtown and space within the unit to work from home as well. The views of the city are amazing. I felt very safe staying in this apartment. The garage is gated and there is security on staff overnight. The laundry room has tons of working washers and dryers and works with an app so you don't have to stay down there or bring quarters with you. The host is very responsive and friendly and she helped with anything we needed during our stay. She was also flexible for us to extend our stay when we needed to be there longer than we orginally expected. The only downside is that the building itself could use some maintenance and some of the listed amenities: pool/hot tub/ and some of the gym equipment were not available during our stay. However the apartment itself is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. There is a rooftop view of the city including the Hollywood sign and Griffiths observatory :) Gorgeous sunsets every night.
LA stay
Bright, quiet, and surprisingly relaxing. You can walk to Target and coffee in minutes, and the downtown view from the unit made mornings and nights feel special. The building is older, but its well kept and has everything you actually need, plus easy access to the metro. The host was excellent and quick with any questions or maintenance. My favorite parts were the bedroom view and the Frame TV, which made the place feel more like a home than a rental. We even had hummingbirds stop by the window a few times, which ended up being one of the most memorable touches of the stay.
