Exeter Rental Review
I had a great experience renting with Verity and Antonio. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to Exeter hospital and downtown. The apartment is very cozy, and has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Verity and Antonio were super kind, very respectful, and always quick to address any concerns throughout my stay. I would definitely rent from them again!

Cozy studio in Exeter
I lived here from April to Nov 2025 while on a travel assignment at Exeter Hospital - I feel so lucky to have found this place. It had everything I needed (even private in unit laundry!). I loved the way Verity had it decorated. All around a very cute and comfy vibe. Additionally, Verity and Antionio were very attentive landlords and quick to address any issue I encountered. The location is very convenient. I was able to walk to work at Exeter Hospital everyday and also frequently walked downtown to restaurants and shops on Water Street, as well as beautiful evening walks on the Exeter Philips campus. 10/10 would recommend, will miss this place!
