Most rooms are sunny throughout the day. We have a wonderful enclosed front porch we use year round with a portable heater in the winter. Living areas are spacious and newly furnished. There is an additional family room at the back of the house. There are two steps down to this room. We have one bedroom and full bath with shower on the ground floor located right off the kitchen.
