Neighborhood overview
Palm Coast is a delightful beachside community within easy access to A1A and I-95. There are many restaurants, small coffee shops, local stores and most big chains within a few minutes drive. Our Home is located within 5 minute drive to the local Publix and a few steps away from the ocean. Actually we are only 7 houses away and our street ends where the sand begins! We love it here and I'm sure you will too.

Highly recommend 7 Rollins Dunes Dr in Palm Coast!!
We sold our house and were in the process of buying a new home. We needed a furnished rental until we were able to get into our new home. We were not exactly sure of the timing when we reached out about this property. Long story, short... Robert and the home were perfect. The house was steps to the beach. Everything we could need was there for us, and it was just so comfortable. Robert was amazing from responding to our initial inquiry, showing us the home (we were local), checking in, answering all of our questions, and checking out. We highly recommend this home and Robert!!!
