Great rental
I stayed here to finish out my contract and it was perfect. Maria was great - kind, responsive, and very reasonable. One of the best rental experiences I have had here on FF. Her place was clean, nicely furnished, and has everything you could need. The surrounding neighborhood was nice for my dog. Would recommend :)

Best in Escondido
First, Maria is amazing. Communicates well and quick responder when needed. She has kept this condo in great condition. Secondly the condo is really nice and spacious. I didn't take advantage of all my room had to offer but this space is worth the cost for California. All the necessities you need for your stay. Neighbors are friendly and it's Pet friendly too. All owners clean up after their pets. Take advantage of the many places to eat near by. My personal favorites are Pegahs diner and Kebob shop. Close to the SD Safari park highly recommend visiting. I hope you enjoy your stay as I have and hope to return.
