Great place to stay

I had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend it. As a college student from California, the location was perfect. It was only about a 20 minute drive to KSC, and grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials were all just a few minutes away. Margarita was an excellent landlord. She was very responsive, made the check in process incredibly easy, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I never had any issues during the entire time I lived here. The house was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials and other everyday amenities, so I didn't have to worry about buying much after moving in. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my internship.

Clean, Close, Comfortable

Margarita is a great host. Always on top of keeping the property up to par, checking in and ensuring needs are met and accommodating to unpredicted changes during the stay. The house is kept clean and has all the supplies to keep it that way. The location is just 12-15 min from Downtown Titusville, 15-20 min to Kennedy Space Center and 20-30 min to Cocoa Beach. Ideally located to keep driving down to a minimum while maximizing travel around the area. Here, you can; walk/run around the neighborhood, be a couch potato, make a great meal and eat in the dining room or out on the back porch and then have a great nights sleep all in one.
