Short stay

Although, this space provides modern updates to shared areas and a clean space; It is not worth the cost. The space provides no AC/heating. It is smaller than picture reflects. The neighborhood doesn’t reflect the price additionally, the train station is within 100 ft.

The home does have fully functional heating available to all tenants. While there is no air conditioning, this is typical for homes in the Bay Area due to the mild coastal climate. Regarding value, pricing reflects current market conditions in the area. Your stay included a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, access to the full home, and all utilities included. Housing and utility costs in the Bay Area are significantly higher than many other regions, and our pricing is aligned with comparable furnished rentals. We do our best to represent the space accurately through photos and descriptions, and were always available to answer questions in advance to ensure the home is a good fit. The proximity to the train station is also disclosed in the listing, as many guests find the convenience beneficial.
