This is a beautifully furnished, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with private key-code access in a nice residential neighborhood. It's the entire second floor of a house on the same property as the landlord's residence. The furniture is very comfortable, and the bed is brand-new. The apartment has all the amenities you could want, and there is a dedicated parking spot right by the front door. The neighborhood is immediately adjacent to Bees Ferry and state road 61, and has a grocery store, small restaurants, a coffee house, etc right across the street. The landlord, Debbie, is very nice and accommodating, and really made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this apartment.
