The Etta - New ADU Close to the Hospital and Connector

Perfect location + Great hosts!

Loved my experience staying here for my clinical rotation! I chose this ADU because it was close to Saint Alphonsus in Boise and allowed for easy access to get onto the Interstate whenever I needed to go to the Nampa clinic. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and in an ideal spot for getting to places my husband and I frequented (i.e., Chinatown, Walmart, downtown Boise, etc.). The ADU itself pretty much had everything we needed, even down to the cleaning supplies and Brita water filter. I loved that we had our own little private backyard with outdoor seating to enjoy the summer evenings (despite it being smoky for most of it haha). Tina and David were EXCELLENT hosts and were so responsive to any issues that arose. I would definitely recommend this property!

Stellar! 5 stars! Peaceful neighborhood and very clean accommodations

This ADU is peaceful, private and the hosts are top tier. The host family is extremely hospitabilty and accommodating. Anything we asked for, we received. They were very flexible with our dates as we extended a few times. The back yard is a nice bonus!
