Quiet Sunny One Bedroom Apartment Seaside

A cozy place with a wonderfully considerate host!

I am the first guest here and have stayed for 9 months. I wanted to share this review to help future guests. [Location] The DMV and library are a 10-minute walk away, and Costco and Safeway are close by. A nearby bike path leads all the way to the 17-mile drive. Most importantly, I've felt very safe here. [Parking] Parking is in the driveway, and street parking is always available even late at night. [The Place] The unit matches the photos. It features good lighting, storage, a heating system, kitchen supplies, and major streaming services. You need to use a local laundromat for laundry. There is no kitchen window, but the host installed a range hood at my request, which made a huge difference. [The Host] As my first time in the U.S., I felt nervous, but Cathy made me feel safe. She is responsive, reliable, and resolves issues quickly. If I return to this area, I would stay here again!
