Great Landlord
First and foremost, Mickel is a wonderful landlord. She is very friendly, engaging, accommodating, easy to contact, and eager to solve any problems that tenants may have. Her Queens/Brooklyn apartment is an excellent location for anyone who may be working at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center because there is a direct bus route to and from the hospital with stops within one-half a block of the apartment. Additionally, the unit is located in a nice area with a more "neighborly" feel.
