I don't really write reviews, so understand what it means that I'm writing this one. I came to San Antonio for a law internship at Fort Sam Houston and needed a place for a good while. I was skeptical going in, because I was a Superhost on Airbnb in this same area, so I know how a place can look one way online and be a whole different story when you walk in. Mr. Ren's place is not that at all. It looks exactly how it looks online, and it quite literally had everything you need to be carefree the whole stay. I never once had to run out for something that should've already been there, and as somebody who used to host, that takes real intention. Mr. Ren is personable, he's responsive, and I learned a lot just watching how he handles his business. The neighborhood is quiet too. I walked every day, back toward the creek and the golf course, and always felt safe. But it was the hospitality and the attention to detail that got me. If you're looking in San Antonio, this is where you start.

Great location, great place, great landlords!

I stayed in this apartment as a student on my clinical rotations. Everything is new when my roommate and I moved in and the landlord included plenty of household appliances. The kitchen was well-equipped with various pots and pans, dishes, utensils, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. Other included amenities included pillows, blankets, cleaning supplies, and laundry baskets. We were very well-equipped for our 3-month long stay here. Additionally, this apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Tobin Hill, the Pearl, Downtown, and the River Walk. The landlords were always fair, responsive and by-the-book. I highly recommend this location as a midterm rental!

My roommate and I had such a great experience staying at this apartment in San Antonio for 12 weeks during our clinical rotations. From the start, Ren and Isabel were super friendly and even FaceTimed us to answer any questions we had, which made everything feel easy and comfortable right away. The apartment itself was really nice, and anytime we needed something, they responded quickly and were always helpful. The location was also a big plus, there were lots of restaurants nearby, bars, and even a walking trail, all in a quiet and convenient area. On our last day, they did a final walk-through and asked for our feedback, which I really appreciated because it showed they genuinely care. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!
