Cute and comfortable ranch style home on a very quiet street close to the highway. The home isnt in a neighborhood theres approximately 10-12 houses on the street. All houses have about 1/2 - 1 acre of land that gives plenty of privacy. The property itself sits on a little over 1/2 an acre and the backyard is fully fenced. Garage is not included. Truck and trailer parked on the side of the garage. 4 cars fit on the driveway.

The Stay of Unending Problems

This property was not properly renovated/ready when we moved in. A day before arrival she told us we couldn't flush toilet paper down the toilets. On day of arrival, the stove didn't work because the gas was never turned on, the dishwasher was broken (fixed 5 weeks later), pet hair in the sheets and a large brown stain on the pillow. Not a great start. The 1st week the sewer backed up into the tub and we were unable to use the water at all. Coordinating times to have people come fix things is very inconvenient. A month in, mice were in the house. The laundry room and bathroom sink wernt properly sealed. She said pest control would be out, never did. 2 weeks later there was mice poop in the sheets and all over the house! I told her it was an unacceptable living situation. She was rude/not receptive. She ended up letting us out of our lease and gave us a 7 day refund. In my opinion, this was not to fair, but we wanted out. With all that said, rent with the expectation of problems.

Tenant was told she couldnt flush toilet paper because the house is on a septic system. We avoid flushing quality toilet paper into these systems. On multiple occasions we were called out because the appliances didnt work. The appliances were brand new from Home Depot. She claimed the gas wasnt on but it in fact was, she wasnt clicking down when turning the handle. She also complained about the ice maker and we had to literally press a button down for her. She complained about the dishwasher 3 times. We had someone go out immediately. It turned out she wasnt clicking the correct buttons. When the sewer line got clogged, I sent someone out the very next day to correct the issue. She was unable to use the water for 1 night. From the beginning this tenant complained endlessly. She has a German shepherd and left dog hair EVERYWHERE. The day after move in she said she found dog hair, she was the first tenant in the house with a dog. Despite that we took her new sheets and everything she requested. She left big pee stains on the beds and damaged 2 mattresses. From the beginning asked for discounts. I offered from the beginning to let her out of the lease since I realized they were out to cause problems in exchange for refunds. She refused to move because she was not dissatisfied with her stay. She was out to continue asking for discounts. Every time we entered the property the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, house was never swept. I sent in a cleaner when she advised she found a mice. It was extremely cold outside and covered in snow. We couldnt get a pest control company in to check the crawlspace due to weather conditions. She also made it extremely hard to coordinate things. She told me she set a trap out. We set out traps as well and never caught anything. Till this day havent caught anything. Pest control company came out and sealed everything and still nothing has been caught. Beware of this tenant.

Excellent Stay Trustworthy Landlord & Great Location

Ive stayed at two different properties managed by this landlord over the years and had great experiences both times. I first stayed at one of her other locations a couple of years ago, and more recently I stayed at this property for a little over two months during a travel nursing assignment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything I needed for a longer stay. After long shifts, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was very convenient, with easy access to hospitals, main roads, and nearby essentials, which made commuting stress-free. The landlord is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property to other travel nurses or professionals and would gladly stay again.

Perfect stay for work travel

I stayed here while working out of town as a traveling nurse and had a great experience. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for an extended stay, and the location felt safe and convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the stay easy. I would absolutely stay here again if Im in the area. Highly recommend it to others that travel for work.

Perfect home!!

I had such a pleasant stay here! The landlord was very attentive to our needs and responded promptly when we had questions or needed help. This place also has such a big backyard which was perfect for our dog. I couldnt recommend this place more, it was clean and provided a such a homey environment. Its located in a good area too, it was close to downtown and to major grocery stores. Its definitely worth it!
