This is a home built in the large backyard of another home. It is located In an older cleaner area of Tacoma.
There are several parks nearby. Lots of good food options. Some night life down on sixth avenue if thats your thing. And there is water close as well. Titlow beach, Chambers Bay, the Ruston waterfront (more great dining options), or American Lake.
