Walk to both Hospitals -Brand New Detached Mid Century Darling

My husband and I spent a wonderful 17 weeks here during my travel nurse contract, and it truly felt like home! The location is unbeatable-I walked to VCMC for work, and we loved walking down to San Buenaventura Beach. The town is super bikeable too, and Marty and Katherine were great and let us keep our bikes right outside. The space is brand new and tucked safely behind the main house, so it felt really private and quiet. Storage is huge and the new big washer and dryer and the AC units were amazing to have! The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil you could need. Marty and Katherine are seriously the best. They are incredibly generous and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met, even setting up a great patio table in the front outdoor space for us. All in all, it's a fantastic place in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We are very sad to leave!
