I rented this unit from Nov 1, 2025 to Feb 28, 2026. Rent was paid on time and the unit was returned clean. Prospective tenants may want to confirm in writing all fees, furnishing details, and included amenities prior to move-in. In my experience, some items referenced in the listing were not reflected in the lease, and expectations were interpreted strictly during the stay. The kitchen setup included basic dishes, silverware, a few pots, and limited additional utensils. Tenants expecting a fully stocked kitchen may want to clarify what is included. Internet is shared from the main house, and signal strength was inconsistent for reliable TV use. The unit shares a wall with the adjoining house, including along the bedroom, and kitchen activity was audible. Communication was direct and business-focused.
