We love having the option of just using the smaller drawer in the Fisher & Paykel when it's a simple meal or a couple days of mugs.
Of course we often used the larger drawer, or both, when we made one of those "use everything in the kitchen" dishes ;- )

The flexible "coffee center" can brew a pot or single serve as needed.

This little "lap desk" can be used just about anywhere in the condo.

There are 4 layers of window coverings for a near "black out" effect.

The bathroom is spacious and was remodeled* just a couple years ago.

* a friend shared w/me an important difference between "flips" and "remodeled" houses <-- the latter (like ours) is done with attention to detail as the homeowner lives there.

Upgraded large vanity, plenty of light and LOTS of mirrors ;- )

Walk-in shower ( with VERY hot water provided by the building's central heater just below the unit in the garage ;- )
Need to just sit under the water? The bench is teak and ready to join you!

Full size steam washer & dryer just outside the bathroom.

The doggo dining area features a "Neater Eater" to TRY to keep the inevitable splashing involved canine hydration within the contraption! And the pad helps with the drops from a wet muzzle... all that and for OUR dog we STILL had to leave a "floor towel" nearby! LOL

Small office nook on the exterior wall by the door to the porch with a sit-stand desk and plenty of light.

Our doggo Thea misses her solar recharging pad out on the patio... which she's begrudgingly left behind for your pup to use if they like.
( Don't feel too sorry for her, she now has an ottoman next to the wall of windows overlooking "her street" down below... ;- )

The walkway outside the porch is used rather infrequently but often enough so that there's no "private outdoor space" unfortunately. Oh... and the neighborhood cats WILL waltz in the door if you leave it open so there's that.

The main entry to the building is handicap accessible; the gentle ramp is also handy for bicycles or shopping carts/wagons if you walk to one of the local markets.

First floor, open floor plan unit with ramp out front and elevator in center of building. Our dog LOVED the walk-out ground level (paved) patio! WE loved having a hose & being near a drain for easy clean-up ;- )

The KONO/Pill Hill neighborhood is about a mile north of downtown Oakland.
Our condo is walking distance to the Sutter and Kaiser campuses as well:
19th Street & MacArthur BART Stations, each 0.8 mi.
Amtrak Oakland - Jack London Square & Emeryville stations, each about 2 mi.
AC Transit bus #6 (& All Nighter #800) stops on Telegraph, 400-500 ft.
