Great, friendly spot in Bend

Hayley and Stephen were such warm, easy hosts, and their kids were always friendly and respectful. Their dog, Flint is very shy and gentle and it was always a delight to see him. I can't say enough nice things about the family - they were warm, interesting to talk to, and very easy to get along with. Hayley was proactive with communication while still respecting privacy, and always accommodating if I needed anything. The space was very cozy - nice furniture and comfy bed. The kitchenette was substantial enough to make full meals, and the hosts were open to me using their fridge and kitchen if I needed more room. Neighborhood was excellent. There is a nice, sunny park right across the street, and it's less than a 10 min walk to Pilot Butte, Hollinshead Park, restaurants like Bruno's and Cuban Kitchen, and it's very convenient driving distance to the major grocery stores. It's also less than 5 mins drive to Juniper Rec Center, which has pools, saunas, gym, etc. Highly recommend!
