Love the cottage!

I stayed here at a travel RN from November 2025 to February 2026. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The cottage was perfect for me and my little dog. Top amenities included, private fenced yard for my dog, in unit washer/dryer, mini split AC, great cookware, speedy WIFI. Monica is very responsive with any concerns. Being located downtown, there is a homeless population presence nearby periodically but Monica is very on top of any issues that arise (if any). The cottage became my home away from home very quickly. Highly recommend.

Within Walking Distance to Downtown!

Great private cottage. I've stayed here a couple of times when I travel to CO and it's clean and near downtown so I can easily walk to what I want to do.

I completed a short term rental of the property and it was amazing!! The landlord gave me a 30 day lease for the time I was traveling for the military in Colorado Springs. She ensured I was comfortable and setup for the entirety of my stay. The property is amazing and one of one in the area within walking distance of downtown. It has all amenities including laundry and a full yard to yourself. Truly one of a kind!!! Anyone looking or privacy with everything you need would absolutely love this property!

Awesome space

I rented this space from Monica for the past couple of years great landlord and a great spot if you like being downtown. Always had clear, open communication and a smooth experience overall.
