You will not be disappointed

We highly recommend 3 Palms as a rental house, you will not be disappointed. The location is ideal - 15 minutes to beaches, 10 minutes to hiking trails, close to multiple golf courses and minutes to 3 grocery stores. Be sure to check out both Gasparilla Island and Stump Pass for their beaches and shelling. We found many shark teeth during our 6 week stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with only a backyard neighbor. The house itself is well stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The owners are very responsible and responsive. When we were there, they had everything you would need for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and had a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and outdoor gas grill. There was seating for six in the living room and kitchen as well as around the pool. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. You just need to bring your clothes and food and you are set for your stay.
