Tall ceilings, natural light, plants/gardens and original art are what makes my place unique. Easy area to walk to beach, down street for coffee, food, shopping. Books, games, magazines and overall great area to relax in downtime and not just veg in front of tv. 2 full patios to enjoy the outside/lots of space for tenants to have alone time.
