This space is has its own private entrance located in the back of the main house. You'll pretty much have the house to yourself. I'm rarely at home due to work and I'm usually at my parent's place on the weekends. I am an anesthesia attending who has rented rooms out for 4+ years. I make every attempt to accommodate my guests and prioritize your needs.
