Lovely spot with a great homeowner

I was here about a month and had a really excellent stay. My favorite parts: so bright and spacious feeling, amazing plants that make it feel so cozy, super responsive and easy communication with the owner (which is not how it always is!). Downside: I'm not from Philly and adjusting to the city took a minute. I can't say enough about the vibes, it just felt really sweet. The light, the plants, furnishings all work really well together. I work remotely and the office set-up (including an external monitor) was huge for me. I had a friend stay with me for a while and they said the king size convertible bed was super comfy. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are two grocery stores, a really good brewery, and a good coffee shop. Getting to transit from the spot was also really simple. Last bit I'll say is that the host is very warm and very responsive. I got confused with the washing machine (totally my fault) and they were able to help me out right away. Five starts, would recommend!
