We are so happy we found this condo listing, as it provides everything we could want during our 3 month tenure on the island. The secure grounds are picturesque, as is the private beach access bridge. The pool runs 3 to 8 feet and features many loungers for sunbathers. The beach is perfect for boogie boarding, long walks or photography. The unit itself is accessible via elevator and has two comfortable bedrooms, and you're going to need that second room once your friends and family realize you're vacationing on Cocoa Beach. There are laundry facilities on the floor. $1.25/wash and $.25 for 10 minutes to dry. The neighbors are quiet but sociable. They even host a monthly dinner. Stores and restaurants abound, as well as urgent care and dental facilities. This was our perfect home away from home on the space coast, and the owners were very responsive and kind.
