I've stayed two months here and it's been really great - nice location, equipped with everything I need and although I only briefly met the hosts since they're out of town for most of the year they've been super helpful and great to rent from! Highly recommend!!

Sweet apartment near Downtown

I'm wrapping up a 6 month stay in this sweet apartment. It's a great layout, with separation between rooms, allowing privacy when the landlords happen to be home. The bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom and walk in closet. Large, East-facing window. Good people, calm environment, no drama. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Short drive to downtown, I-70 and I-25. Since it's west of downtown it's easy to get to the mountains. Beautiful neighborhood park 1/2 mile away. Coffee, breweries, groceries... in walking distance. Ball Arena and Mile High Stadium super close by. Free parking in lot adjacent to this small apartment building, or paid parking in garage under the building.
