Historic Cozy Condo Near Downtown/1 block from Moses Cone Hospital

The best place to stay!!!

I had a fantastic experience staying here! I was between apartments while awaiting my new job, and this rental was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect. I could easily walk to work at the hospital. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for an extended stay. Lori and Brendan were exceptional hosts: friendly, responsive, and always quick to help if I had any questions. They made the entire experience stress-free during a busy transition. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable short- or long-term rental!

The landlady is extremely kind and professional. I have rented from a lot of places and she is one of the best. She keeps you informed, welcomes you, and actually gets back to you quickly if there is a question or concern. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. No random yelling from the streets and neighbors are kind and respectful. I've gotten several packages delivered and I have no fear of them being stolen. The actual apartment is lovely. The pictures are 100% accurate, the dark shades actually work, there is plenty of room to live, and the kitchen while small is well organized and has lots of room for your stuff while still having bigger appliances. There is enough storage space for luggage and clothes and random things needed for the long stay. This work contract has been horrible but I love this apartment so much I'm sad to go.
