Wonderful Stay at the LakeView Townhome

Hello, Thank you for hosting us at the Modern 4BR/3BA LakeView Townhome near 30A it was an absolutely lovely experience! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and offered a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the lake view and convenient location close to 30A attractions. Everything was exactly as described, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Wed definitely love to stay again on our next trip!

Simply the best!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a month long assignment while working on a local project and keeping up with others remotely. Firsts things first; the Wi-Fi was fantastic and never dropped a Zoom. There are plenty of places to perch with a laptop around the house and outside. When my family came to visit me on weekends, they loved the bunk beds and being super close to the powder sugar white sand beach. The house is also fully stocked so it made family weekends super easy. The host Valencia gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do with the kids. Cant wait for my next assignment as I know where Ill be staying again!

This host has thought if everything. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook. The screened in pouch with a view of the pond is the perfect place e to start and end your day. Fast wifi and the best part 7 mins from 30A. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store near by. Perfect mix of beach and relaxation. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

Absolutely perfect get away at 30A!!!

Our stay at this beautiful townhouse was nothing short of amazing! We were blown away by how pristine, stylish, and welcoming the home felt. It was beautifully appointed and had that perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. The layout was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed perfect for preparing breakfasts before heading out. The living areas were cozy and inviting, and every bedroom felt like its own private retreat. We loved relaxing on the screened porch in the evenings, enjoying the peacefulness of lakeside living. The amenities were top-notch super speedy Wifi and a sparkling pool just steps away. And you couldnt ask for a better location! Only 7 minutes to the breathtaking white sand and emerald waters of Rosemary Beach. Plus, being so close to the shops, cafes, and restaurants of 30A made everything so convenient! The host was responsive, friendly, and clearly cares about every detail. Were already talking about when we can come back!
